Responsibility for violation of safety rules during mining or construction works (Art. 277 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

The article is devoted to the legal analysis of Art. 277 Criminal Code Republic Kazakhstan on liability for violation safety rules during mining or construction work. study showed that public danger this act in presence a number unfavorable factors (organizational, legal, technical, etc.), low effectiveness preventive measures taken steadily increasing. paper presents dynamics type labour protection over past five years, importance, theoretical and practical significance establishing work carried out specific point violated correct qualification noted.
